Welcome To Season 4 at Prestige Athletics!
Novice Competitive Cheer is THE PERFECT introduction into the exciting world of competitive cheer! Our Novice Cheer teams do not require any previous experience in cheer, gymnastics or dance and are open to girls and boys aged 4 to 12 years of age (teams are separated into age groups). Teams practice once per week and perform in 3 competitions in Alberta and our local showcase(s). No overnight or out of province travel required.

Our Prep Program is the stepping stone between Novice and Elite. It is built for those with previous experience on a Novice team, or have previous dance/gymnastics experience, but are not quite ready for the commitment of an Elite Cheer team. These teams are open to girls and boys aged 6 to 18 years of age (teams are separated into age groups). Teams practice twice per week and perform in 5 competitions in Alberta, and our local showcase(s). Some overnight or out of province travel may be required.
Team Placements are mandatory.

All Star Elite Cheer is the ultimate competitive cheer experience! These teams practice 2-3 times per week and is open to girls and boys ages 6-16 years of age. Overnight and out-of-province travel will be required for some events. Previous tumbling or cheer experience is an asset. Teams will compete in 6 competitions in Alberta, and our local showcase(s). Team Placements are mandatory.

Pom is an energetic and dynamic style of dance that places emphasis on precise and synchronized arm movements, formations, jumps, and skills. Teams practice once per week, and will perform at 5 events in Alberta, and our local showcase. Overnight travel may be required at some events.

Recreation Cheer is a great half year program for athletes who want to Cheer, but do not want to travel to compete. Recreation cheer will teach the athletes the fundamentals of Cheerleading including spatial awareness, tumbling, dance, stunting and jumps. We will also focus on accountability and teamwork while creating a fully choreographed routine for families to enjoy at the end of the session.
